Where to Start

Import lives on the page for the thing you are importing. Open Dashboard → your event, then:

To import	Go to
Attendees	Attendees → the Import button
Speakers	Speakers → Import
Sessions	Sessions → Import
Sponsors	Sponsors → Import
Exhibitors	Exhibitors → Import

Each Import dialog offers the matching template. Download it, fill it in, and upload the same file back — the columns map themselves.
